How do I connect my airline account?
Go to Settings and enter your airline portal credentials (CrewLink for Corsair, JetSched for Air Caraibes and French Bee). Your passwords are stored securely in your device's Keychain and never on our servers.
Why isn't my roster updating?
Check that your credentials are correct in Settings. The airline portal may be temporarily unavailable. Try pulling to refresh. If the issue persists, contact us using the form above.
How does end-to-end encryption work?
Messages are encrypted on your device using the Signal Protocol before being sent. Only you and the recipient can read them — not even we can access the content.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → RosterSwift. You can cancel or change your plan from there.
Can I recover my Tax Vault if I forgot my passphrase?
No. The vault is encrypted with a key derived from your passphrase. We cannot recover it. This is by design for your security.
